Fall Craft Fair

October 8th - 9:00 - 3:00 in the gym and fellowship hall of Black Oak Heights Baptist Church.  Sign up now to be a vendor.  Fees are $35 for a booth or $40 for a booth with a table.  Once you complete and submit the form below you receive an email if you have been approved as a vendor.  This email will come from bohbcraftfair@gmail.com.  You also use this email for any questions you may have.
