Students

It is paramount that the young people who visit feel that there’s a place for them to worship, fellowship and serve alongside the students God has already planted here.  Our church’s purpose statement says that we are Rooted in Christ; so teaching young people that Jesus is the only way to eternal life and that He alone is our example of righteous living.  It also says that we are branching out to the world, so teaching young people to share their faith and give them hands on opportunities to serve while sharing with others.

Our students meet together each Wednesday night in our Student Center also called The Loft for a worship experience designed to meet them where they are. Since we are commanded to share the love of Jesus with others we seek to create an environment that is both welcoming and safe so that friends feel comfortable here. We start with a time of fellowship as students begin arriving to take advantage of our game systems and friend talk. At 6:30pm we move into a time of worship music that sets the table for the Biblically based messages addressing the issues that young people face in their daily lives.
