Dr. Todd Stinnett
Senior Pastor
Pastor Todd Stinnett accepted the call to BOHBC in August of 2015. He and his wife, Charisma have 6 children & 5 grandchildren. He has a Ph.D in Leadership, a Doctorate in Ministry in Expository Preaching, a Master's in Divinity, & a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology. We're so thankful for Pastor Todd!
Rev. Arden Taylor
Director of Operations
Arden began his role as the Director of Communications here at BOHBC in late 2025. Arden has led many churches from the pulpit while providing training to church leaders on the importance of Small Groups. He oversees our small groups, facility maintenance, and many other facets of BOHBC.
Rev. Preston Garner
Minister of Music
Preston has been the Minister of Music at BOHBC since September of 2024. Growing up with a Southern Gospel background, Preston is well versed in leading multi-generational worship services. He has many years of experience in leading choral groups, orchestras, as well as praise teams.
Rev. Randy Singleton
Minister of Seniors & Service
Randy has served BOHBC for many years in multiple different capacities. Growing up here, Randy has done a little bit of everything from children's ministry, youth ministry, to now senior adult ministry. He also coordinates with our ministry partners to more fervently reach a lost world for Christ.
Rev. Josh Singleton
Minister of Students
Josh has been a long-time member of BOHBC since infancy. He ministers and disciples our young adults, ages 6th Grade - Senior Year of College. Josh has a bachelor's & master's degree from the University of Tennessee. He is currently working on his master's from Southeastern Seminary.
Rev. John Yingling
Minister of Kids At The Oak
John has been our Minister of KATO since 2020. He's a very passionate leader amongst our children and ensures that the Gospel is taught in a very fun-loving environment. He and his wife, Kari, have 4 children. As a family, they are active in multiple parts of our ministry.
Nicholas Stinnett
Director of Communications
Nick accepted the call into full-time ministry at BOHBC in July of 2026. In his role, he oversees our social media platforms, website, app, and any other digital areas of our ministry. He is the coordinator for special events and assists the Director of Operations with facility maintenance. He and his wife, Kaitlyn, have 2 boys.
Carrie Hodges
Office Manager
Carrie began as the office manager in 2017. She oversees the administrative and financial obligations of the church. She acts as the liaison between the church, our vendors, and our guests. She also manages our annual Night to Shine event held each February. She and her husband, Tim, have 2 children.
Bethany McMillan
Sprouts Director
Bethany has been apart of our Sprouts ministry for many years. In the Spring of 2026, she became the director, ensuring that our Sprouts have a fun, safe, and welcoming environment to worship in. She and her husband, Keith, have 3 children.
Sarah Acevedo
Mother's Day Out Director
Sarah has been apart of our MDO program for many years, but at the end of the 2026 spring semester, she took over as the director. With over 20 years of childcare experience, Sarah ensures that our children are educated and loved, just as Christ showed us to love children. Sarah herself is a mother to 5 children.
Mike Chesney
Pastoral Care Associate
Mike is responsible for taking the ministry of BOHBC to those who are unable to attend in person. He assists Randy in the senior adult ministry by calling on our members who are homebound. Mike is servant hearted, often looking to meet the needs of others before his own.
Stacie Herron
Church Receptionist
Stacie is the bright smile in the office, and the cheerful voice you'll hear when calling BOHBC. She assists the Office Manager with daily operations such as updating the bulletin, making sure our facilities are well stocked with supplies, and ensuring our guests have a pleasant experience when visiting BOHBC.
Tanner Stinnett
Lighting Technician & Team Lead
Tanner is our specialist in lighting, networking and media server work. Tanner retired from the United States Navy as a Nuclear Electronics Technician and Reactor Operator on board a Submarine. He is currently pursuing a degree from the University of Tennessee.
Allie Hodges
Video Director
Allie is our specialist in video and post production. She is responsible for our live stream as well as video production for all of our church family. She has a love of serving and continues to use her gifts through her ministry and is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Tennessee.
Jonah Whaley
Sound Technician
Jonah is responsible for what you will hear when you attend BOHBC on any given Sunday. He is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and blended worship environment. He and his wife, Valerie have 2 children, and they are expecting their 3rd child in February of 2027!
Chris Richardson
Broadcast Sound Technician
When you are unable to attend worship in person, Chris is responsible for what you will hear on our streaming platforms. Chris is involved with the college ministry, Cru, where he furthers his impact on the Knoxville region by spreading the Gospel to college students.
