Concert Volunteer Signup Form

We are looking for volunteers to help us with the Mac Powell Concert on November 9th hosted at BOHBC! We need a specific number of volunteers in each area. Please read carefully what is needed for each area and what time you will need to be here! You will be able to attend the concert, however a seat is not guaranteed unless you purchase a ticket (standing room only).

Load IN and OUT team: We need 6 adult men to help load in and out. You will need to be available the morning of the concert and after the concert

I will help before and after the concert

Merchandise table: We need 9 helpers available to work at the merchadise table and child sponsorship table - You will need to be here by 4:30.
I will help with merchandising

Ticket Taker & Usher: Stand at the door, greet guests and take their tickets. We need 10 people to assist with this. You will also be asked to help usher before the concert begins. You will need to be here by 4:30.
I will help with tickets & ushering

Security: We need 8 people will to help with parking and directing people who will be new to our facility, ensuring limited access to the artists. You will need to be here by 4:30
